As per the SHAS constitution the committee will host an annual general meeting in March-April each year. This page will be continually updated with the latest information as it is available.
Details of meeting
The 2026 AGM was held on Tuesday 24th March 2026. The date of the 2027 meeting has not yet been finalised. The committee has agreed to move the AGM to be a Monday evening, likely in March.

Deadline for receiving submissions:
- agenda items for AGM
- nomination form for election onto committee
14 days
Final information to be issued to all members:
- Time and place for AGM
- Agenda
- List of all nominees for the committee
