As per the SHAS constitution the committee will host an annual general meeting in March-April each year. This page will be continually updated with the latest information as it is available.
Details of meeting
The date for the 2026 AGM is set: Tuesday 24th March 2026, 19:30 – 21:00.
In person location
The venue will be fully accessible. If you have any questions or require reasonable accommodations please contact secretary@shas.org.uk.
Online access
For the first time, you will be able to formally join and vote at the AGM remotely using Microsoft Teams. You need to pre-register for the event but do not need special software or any Microsoft subscription to be able to participate (see video for more info).
